1.2. Anyone accessing this Website (hereinafter User) assures that they have the minimum legal age to give consent in relation to information society services. Otherwise, the user must refrain from accessing this Website.
2. Purpose.
2.1. The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the relationship between Play Spain and the User regarding access to this Website and the electronic contracting of services consisting of golf course reservations for the day and time contracted on this Website (hereinafter Services).
2.2. By accessing this Website or contracting Services, the User expressly accepts all the clauses of these terms and conditions, of its privacy policy, and of its cookies policy, as well as all those particular conditions included for the use of certain services. In the event of not accepting any of the aforementioned clauses, the User must refrain from accessing this Website and from contracting the Services.
2.3. By accessing Play Spain Golf’s social networks accounts, the User agrees to comply with the terms and policies of the same.
2.4. The User undertakes to observe and comply with any legal provision that may apply to access to this Website or to the contracting of the Services.
2.5. Play Spain Golf reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, so it is up to the User to review them before accessing this Website or contracting the Services.
3. Minors.
3.1. The contracting of Services to minors is prohibited.
3.2. Play Spain Golf reminds Users who are responsible for minors that it is their sole responsibility to determine which services and content are or are not appropriate for the age of these minors, and that there are computer programs that allow filtering and blocking access to certain content and services.

As a consequence of the contracting, the User may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, committing to make a diligent and confidential use of it.
6.5. The User agrees to make legal, appropriate and responsible use of the content and services offered by Play Spain Golf through this Website.
6.6 Play Spain Golf reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for people’s dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist or pornographic, that attack young people or children, that pose a threat to public order or safety or that, in their opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, Play Spain Golf will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools.

8.1. Play Spain Golf will take all actions within its power to ensure the proper functioning of this Website. However, taking into account the nature of the Internet and the fact that the operation of this Website may depend on the intervention of third parties, Play Spain Golf shall not be liable for any inconvenience that may be caused to the User by the incorrect operation of the Website.

8.3. Play Spain Golf assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the contents of third parties to which it redirects from this Website.

8.6. Play Spain Golf does not assume any responsibility for any incidents that may occur on the golf course. The golf course itself shall be responsible. Play Spain Golf is an intermediary.
9. Contracting process
9.1. These general terms and conditions are written in Spanish and English.
9.2. Once the charge has been made corresponding to your reservation, you will receive a message confirming your reservation. This message will serve as proof of your reservation.
10. Payments.
10.1. The following methods of payment for the Services are permitted:
- Credit card
- Wire transfer
- Google Pay.
- Apple Pay.
10.2. The User who makes any payment for the Services through Google Pay accepts the legal agreements for Google Pay services.
10.3. The User who makes any payment for the Services through Apple Pay accepts the legal agreements for Apple Pay services.
11. Pricing
11.1. The prices for the Services shall be those appearing on this Website.
11.2. The prices for the Services are quoted in Euro and include any applicable taxes or fees.
11.3. The total price of the Services, including taxes and applicable fees, will be indicated to the User at the time prior to proceeding with the contracting and payment thereof.
11.4. The information provided on the Services may contain a typographical error beyond the control of Play Spain Golf, which will be immediately corrected upon detection. If the typographical error refers to prices and the User has proceeded to purchase any of them as a result of the error, they will be informed immediately and will be entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost.
11.5. Play Spain Golf reserves the right to change the prices of the services at any time.
12. Withdrawal and cancellations.
12.1. The User does not have the right of withdrawal or cancellation when contracting the Services as these are related to leisure activities that provide for a specific date or period of execution.
13. User obligations and refunds.
13.1. When the User completes the booking process, they will be asked to fill out a form with personal information that must be completed in order to gain access to the golf course.
13.2. The User is responsible for completing and submitting the personal data form required for access to the golf course. In case of failure to submit the personal data of the players, Play Spain Golf is not responsible, since the User will not be able to access the golf course for reasons beyond Play Spain Golf's control and the User's reservation is not entitled to a refund.
13.3. The User is responsible for providing a valid e-mail address for sending the reservation information for access to the golf course. If the User provides an incorrect and invalid email address, the User will obviously not receive the booking information. In this case, Play Spain Golf is not responsible for the information provided by the User and the reservation is non-refundable.
14. Complaints.
14.1. If the User wishes to make a complaint to Play Spain Golf, they may send it to the email address info@playspain.golf
14.2. To process a complaint, the User must provide their full name, contact email address and an explanation of the facts giving rise to the complaint. They must also provide any supporting documentation or evidence that they deem appropriate.
14.3. Play Spain Golf will respond to the User's complaint within one (1) month of receipt.
14.4. The User may also file complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
15.1. These terms and conditions are written in Spanish and are subject to the Spanish law.
15.2. In the event that the User is not considered a consumer according to current legislation, any dispute, controversy or conflict arising from access to this Website shall be submitted, except where required by law, to the juridisction of the Courts of Seville (Spain).
