The Spanish Golf Courses Association (hereinafter Play Spain Golf); inscribed in the National Register of Associations No. 99100003; NIF G87414256; registered office at Carretera de Utrera s/n km 3,2 - 41500 Alcalá de Guadaíra (Sevilla); email info@playspain.golf is the owner of the website located at the Internet address https://www.playspain.golf and of its accounts in social networks (hereinafter this Website).
1.2. Anyone accessing this Website (hereinafter User) assures that they have the minimum legal age to give consent in relation to information society services. Otherwise, the user must refrain from accessing this Website.
1.3. By accessing this Website, the User expressly accepts all the clauses of its legal information, of this privacy policy, and of its cookies policy, as well as all those particular conditions included for the use of certain services. In the event of not accepting any of the aforementioned clauses, the User must refrain from accessing this Website.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the fulfilment of a contractual agreement. |

No data is transferred to third parties, unless prior authorization, legal obligation or strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose such as notifying the golf course of all the players booked. |

What are your rights when you provide us with your data? |
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, to withdraw your consent, to access, rectify, erase, delete, and transfer your data, to limit and object to the processing of your data, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, where applicable (more information in point 6). |

What data must be provided? |
The fields of the form marked as mandatory must be completed, otherwise the reservation will not be allowed. |
3. Warranty
3.1. The User guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date, being responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of the breach of such obligation.
3.2. In the event that the data provided belong to a third party, the User guarantees that they have informed the third party and obtained their authorization to provide their personal data to Play Spain Golf.
4. Rights.
The rights that assist the User as an interested party involve:
4.1. Right of access: the right to obtain confirmation from Play Spain Golf as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, the right of access to personal data.
4.2. Right of rectification: the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them, and to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of an additional declaration.
4.3. Right of deletion: the right to obtain without undue delay the deletion of personal data concerning them.
4.4. Right to limitation of processing: the right to obtain from Play Spain Golf the limitation of data processing.
4.5. Right to data portability: the right to receive personal data concerning them which they have provided to Play Spain Golf, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller without being prevented from doing so by the data controller to whom it was provided.
4.6. Right to object: the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them. Play Spain Golf will cease to process the personal data, unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the User, or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
4.7. Automated individual decisions, including profiling: the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects on them or similarly significantly affects them.
4.8. Right to withdraw consent: the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it in the first place.
